Heyday is cute but hard to link it to other platforms from my experience

It's cute and user friendly. Easy to access the chats. The design of it is very nice to use and makes it easy to find what you're looking for which is a must for customer's support.

Search info from all your account and turn it into actionable insights plus notes

Number of integrations you can have with Heyday - gmail accounts, Notion, slack, Google, Google meets,Google Drive, Safari and Chrome. It does superb search from all these accounts, bring the results and turn them into notes along with its Generative AI based inputs. Basically it saves lot of time and energy to search and compile information along with proper notes while sending information somewhere.
