Its ease of setup is notable, as you just log into the platform, and there's an introductory navigation on the first page, making it uncomplicated to get started. The support team is genuinely helpful and essential for our use, providing valuable assistance when needed. One of the standout features is the ability to express honest opinions and receive insights through weekly changing questions, which encourages truthful feedback from colleagues. This functionality is crucial as it allows individuals to express opinions they might not otherwise share, greatly benefiting our company. Additionally, the AI analysis is extremely useful; it helps us track colleagues' feelings, identify potential issues, and allows us to understand our analysis comprehensively.

What I like most is that it allows you to track employee satisfaction on a weekly basis. It gives a very good indication of when dissatisfaction occurs and what potential problematic situations these are. It gives us in HR a very good insight into what problems an individual is facing.
