## HeartCount Reviews
 ### 1. Good foundation with strong customer support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ljiljana B. | Employee Experience Manager & HRBP, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about HeartCount?**

HeartCount provides a clear and structured way to capture employee feedback and turn it into actionable insights. The platform stands out for its ability to highlight trends early and support timely decision-making.

The reporting is intuitive, and the option to create custom reports reduces manual analysis and brings consistency to how data is interpreted. It helps shift feedback from a one-time activity to a continuous process.

There is still value to unlock as more data is collected over time, but even at this stage, the platform already provides useful direction on where to focus. I would recommend it to organizations looking for a more practical and data-driven approach to employee engagement.

**What do you dislike about HeartCount?**

HeartCount already provides great insights, and it could be even stronger with additional analytics and deeper data exploration options, especially for custom analysis. More flexibility when building and segmenting reports would help deliver even more tailored insights.

I’d also love to see a broader range of question types for custom surveys, so feedback can be more nuanced. More automation around generating insights, along with more visually engaging graphics, could improve usability and make results easier and faster to interpret.

**What problems is HeartCount solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We started cooperating with HeartCount around three months ago, so we are still in the early phase of using the platform. Even in this short period, it is already helping us structure employee feedback in a more consistent and data-driven way, making it easier to identify trends and areas that need attention.

One of the most noticeable benefits so far is the responsiveness and quality of their customer support. The team is highly supportive, quick to respond, and open to adapting based on our needs, which makes the overall experience very good.

 ### 2. From employee feedback to real-time action

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marija G. | Talent Development Coordinator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 27, 2026

**What do you like best about HeartCount?**

I’ve found HeartCount to be a very intuitive and practical tool for understanding how employees feel in real time. In my HR role, it helps me capture feedback at scale and get a clear sense of the team’s overall pulse.

I particularly value the “people at risk” feature and AI-driven insights, which make it easier to identify key risks early, recognize patterns, and focus on what truly matters.

From a performance perspective, the platform helps connect employee sentiment with team effectiveness, allowing for more proactive decision-making.

We’ve replaced paper-based onboarding and offboarding processes with customized surveys, saving time and supporting our shift toward digital HR practices.

I also value the support provided by the HeartCount team, which makes the overall experience smooth and reliable.

**What do you dislike about HeartCount?**

While the overall experience with HeartCount is very positive, there are a few areas where further improvements could enhance usability and overall impact.

Firstly, some survey questions can feel too general and not fully adapted to specific industries or organizational structures. Employees sometimes interpret questions through the lens of their personal life rather than their work experience, which can impact the relevance of responses. More concise and context-specific questions would help ensure clearer understanding and more accurate insights.

Secondly, the export format for customized survey reports could be improved. Currently, questions are displayed as columns with responses listed below, which requires additional time to reorganize the data. A format where questions are structured in rows with corresponding answers next to them would be more practical and user-friendly.

Additionally, when exporting reports for a specific time period, it would be highly beneficial to have the option to filter by team and generate separate reports directly. At the moment, exporting data for all teams and then manually splitting it for each manager is quite time-consuming.

Another point relates to team changes. When an employee moves from one team to another, their previous responses continue to impact the original team’s results. A more dynamic and real-time update of team allocation in reporting would provide more accurate insights.

Finally, it would be valuable to introduce benchmarking specifically against companies within the same industry, as an additional option alongside the existing benchmarks. This would allow for more relevant comparisons and a better understanding of company positioning within the industry.

Overall, these improvements would further enhance efficiency, clarity, and the overall user experience.

**What problems is HeartCount solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For me, this is especially valuable in an HR role, as it allows for early identification of potential issues, including disengagement or risk of turnover. The platform helps prioritize actions by highlighting key patterns and “people at risk,” enabling more proactive rather than reactive decision-making.

It also improves communication and trust, as employees have a simple and consistent way to express their opinions. Instead of relying on infrequent and often outdated annual surveys, it provides continuous, real-time insights into how employees feel and how they perceive company decisions.

 ### 3. Support for strategic employee listening

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Biljana R. | Employee Relations and Care Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about HeartCount?**

First, the application itself is easy to use and intuitive, with no need for additional explanations. Second, it is very important that every improvement coming from the user’s perspective is truly considered and implemented, including enhancements in reporting, the introduction of AI features, and improved communication with employees. Especially in our field, it is valuable that the application enables easier and more efficient real-time communication with employees who are located in different places.I would also highlight the customized surveys, which significantly help us collect relevant data, as well as the team-level reporting that provides a clearer insight into the state of the organization. Particularly important is the ability, when managing more than 2,000 employees, to identify challenges in time and respond to them promptly.

**What do you dislike about HeartCount?**

When we started using the application, we provided feedback for improvements, particularly in the area of communication with employees, such as marking comments as read and enabling direct responses to employee comments. We also suggested improvements related to the customized survey format. In general, everything we identified as an area for improvement was communicated promptly, and a significant portion of these suggestions has been implemented.

**What problems is HeartCount solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HeartCount addresses the challenges of direct communication with employees, provides insight into the strengths and weaknesses of the organization, and serves as an effective communication channel. Reports and AI-powered analysis of responses are particularly valuable, as they enable a deeper understanding of employee feedback. In addition, the platform supports our employee listening strategy by enabling structured communication, access to results, advanced reporting, and AI analysis of responses, with the ability to break down data byorganizational units (OUs), giving us more precise and operationally useful insights.

 ### 4. Simple, Insightful Surveys That Empower Real-Time Employee Feedback

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Natasa J. | People and Culture Business Partner, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 10, 2025

**What do you like best about HeartCount?**

The simplicity of the survey, which can sometimes provide a lot of useful information if managers use the responses in the right way. It often happens that a question triggers an important topic that is current or has not been raised before. An excellent additional tool for tracking how employees feel, in real time. It’s great that the company can guide its strategies based on monitoring employee satisfaction and perspectives on decisions in the areas covered by the survey.

**What do you dislike about HeartCount?**

Sometimes the questions are general and not fully adapted to the organizational structure, which confuses employees when answering. Also, the steps required to access and complete the survey (it arrives by email, and then you need to click several more times) can be too much for some people, which is why they don’t complete the survey.

**What problems is HeartCount solving and how is that benefiting you?**

An additional tool for monitoring employee satisfaction and well-being, both on an individual and general level. It influences the direction in which the company’s strategies can be developed, based on the results over time.

 ### 5. Essential HR Tool for Tracking Team Satisfaction and Engagement

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Stefan P. | People & Culture Business Partner, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 30, 2025

**What do you like best about HeartCount?**

HearCount helps me in my daily work to track the satisfaction of the colleagues I work with. Since I am in an HR position, this tool allows me to gather feedback from a larger number of colleagues and gain a better understanding of the team’s overall “pulse.” Additionally, based on the insights I receive through this tool, I can respond in a timely manner and focus attention on the things that matter most.

**What do you dislike about HeartCount?**

Although the tool has introduced AI, I believe that greater and better integration will help optimize the process of obtaining information, as well as the way we understand and process it.

**What problems is HeartCount solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The tool helps me stay connected with a larger number of colleagues and, based on their feedback, shape and guide their further development within the company. Colleagues also recognize the tool as a great benefit, as it highlights the importance of mental health in the workplace.

 ### 6. Essential for Team Engagement Insights

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Zoja K. | Supervisory Board Chair

**Reviewed Date:** November 25, 2025

**What do you like best about HeartCount?**

I really value Heartcount's "People at Risk" feature, which has been instrumental in retaining key team members. In the tech industry, where our success depends heavily on skilled personnel, this feature has been critical to our performance, helping prevent the loss of two essential employees over the past six months. Additionally, Heartcount has made me a better manager and enabled my managers to run their teams more effectively. I also appreciate the robust support provided by the Heartcount team during the initial setup, which ensured a smooth transition. The tool's integration with our employees' emails and SMS further enhances its utility, allowing seamless communication. I switched from using annual engagement surveys to Heartcount's pulse surveys, which has vastly improved my ability to monitor and engage my team effectively.

**What do you dislike about HeartCount?**

I sometimes face challenges with employees expecting immediate reactions to every comment they make through Heartcount. Even though the tool allows us to respond directly, it still takes time to think through and act, which can lead to unmet expectations.

**What problems is HeartCount solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Heartcount to improve team engagement and satisfaction, building stronger connections and identifying issues early. Its 'People at Risk' feature saved key team members, crucial for our tech business. Overall, it made me a better manager.

 ### 7. Simplified Employee Feedback and Better Tracking of Employee Well-Being with Heartcount

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Maja N.

**Reviewed Date:** October 30, 2025

**What do you like best about HeartCount?**

I appreciate using Heartcount for over five years primarily to track how colleagues feel at work and how they resonate with company decisions. Its ease of setup is notable, as you just log into the platform, and there's an introductory navigation on the first page, making it uncomplicated to get started. The support team is genuinely helpful and essential for our use, providing valuable assistance when needed. One of the standout features is the ability to express honest opinions and receive insights through weekly changing questions, which encourages truthful feedback from colleagues. This functionality is crucial as it allows individuals to express opinions they might not otherwise share, greatly benefiting our company. Additionally, the AI analysis is extremely useful; it helps us track colleagues' feelings, identify potential issues, and allows us to understand our analysis comprehensively.

**What do you dislike about HeartCount?**

/

**What problems is HeartCount solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Heartcount to track colleague sentiments, improving understanding of decisions and revealing honest opinions that might not be shared otherwise, enhancing internal communication.

 ### 8. Powerful insights but sometimes its hard to manage a lot of data

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aleksandra T. | Owner, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 26, 2025

**What do you like best about HeartCount?**

The analytics are simple, clean, and immediately actionable. The tool helps us see sentiment shifts early on, before issues escalate, which is especially useful for teams across multiple locations.

**What do you dislike about HeartCount?**

At our scale (1000+ employees) it can be hard to decide who to focus on first. The new AI improvements help a lot, but I’d like even more clarity around employees and recommended actions. Also, I wish I could export some datasets to Excel for deeper analysis.

**What problems is HeartCount solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HeartCount uncovered dissatisfaction in a department where we thought everything was going well. Within only three weeks of starting the trial, we discovered team conflicts that had been hidden for months without our knowledge. Acting early probably saved us from losing two senior specialists.

 ### 9. Empowering HR with Insightful, Easy-to-Use Tools—Minor Technical Glitches

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marija R. | HR manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 30, 2025

**What do you like best about HeartCount?**

HeartCount is a great app for any business that puts its employees first. As someone in HR, I appreciate having insight into their job satisfaction, even when our teams are spread across multiple locations. That really makes a difference. Also it is very easy to use for both managers and employees.

**What do you dislike about HeartCount?**

At times, we encounter technical difficulties related to the distribution of questions.

**What problems is HeartCount solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This tool helps us maintain a strong connection with our employees and keep track of their job satisfaction every day, even when they are working remotely.

 ### 10. A tool that closes the loop between feedback and action.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vladimir M. | Senior Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 29, 2025

**What do you like best about HeartCount?**

Our C-level leader replied directly to a comment I posted about an issue that bothered me for months before. I never even thought of raising it until I got asked about it in one of the HeartCount’s surveys. After that, a whole custom survey was launched based on that, and the company made significant changes.

**What do you dislike about HeartCount?**

Wish we had a mobile app — it would be easier to use the tool on the go.

**What problems is HeartCount solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For the first time since I am in the company, I have a sense that leadership is listening to employees and willing to make meaningful changes.

 ### 11. A Cultural Bridge That Connects Leadership and Employees Seamlessly

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Logistics and Supply Chain | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 18, 2025

**What do you like best about HeartCount?**

It keeps our leadership team connected to the day-to-day employee experience. These check-ins are brief, straightforward, and genuine, giving us a clear view of how our people are doing across all regions and departments. It’s more than an HR tool — it’s a cultural bridge.

**What do you dislike about HeartCount?**

Nothing major — if possible, it would be great to extract the AI insights by team/department.

**What problems is HeartCount solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HeartCount gives every employee a voice, helps us identify trends early, and makes empathy measurable. It has helped us strengthen trust, transparency, and overall well-being across the company.

 ### 12. Super easy tool that makes feedback feel natural and part of our culture

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Banking | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 25, 2025

**What do you like best about HeartCount?**

It’s the simplest HR tool I have seen so far! Three questions – two minutes.

I also like that all
employees get to see quarterly reports, so we all see the changes, not just fill surveys for
nothing.

**What do you dislike about HeartCount?**

Some employees happen to be on weekend trips when surveys arrive, as the surveys always
arrive on Friday. It would be great if each company could choose the exact time when the
check-in is sent.

**What problems is HeartCount solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are getting honest feedback from people, and we see their performance improves when
they feel their voices are heard.

We also use custom surveys for small things like choosing
team-building activities and canteen feedback.

 ### 13. Great insight platform with huge potential

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in International Trade and Development | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 28, 2025

**What do you like best about HeartCount?**

The weekly pulse questions give us a clean understanding of mood and help us analyse the trends which has been important in our growing company. Also, the comment insights highlight issues we would completely miss otherwise.

**What do you dislike about HeartCount?**

When companies expand into new markets, it’s not easy to move data between different HeartCount instances. A unified migration option would be very helpful.

**What problems is HeartCount solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps us detect dissatisfaction long before it becomes turnover. We also use custom surveys to measure burnout risk in sensitive departments such as banking operations.

 ### 14. Helps us spot workload issues long before they impact performance

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 26, 2025

**What do you like best about HeartCount?**

HeartCount gives us an honest view of how people are coping with fast deadlines and shifting priorities. Weekly check-ins are short, but the trends tell us a lot. We’ve used the insights to redistribute tasks fairly and prevent hidden frustration from growing.

**What do you dislike about HeartCount?**

I’d really appreciate a mobile app. People would answer much faster, especially when they’re on the go.

**What problems is HeartCount solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps us catch silent overload before productivity drops. We’ve become much better at reacting early, not after issues escalate.

 ### 15. Great tool to keep up with employees, to connect and follow up

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ivana C. | Human Resources Director, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 11, 2024

**What do you like best about HeartCount?**

I like that Heartcount is developing all the time and offers new ways of using the platform. Also, service is great and client oriented.

**What do you dislike about HeartCount?**

It is not related to Heartcount but response rate always decrease during time. People feel less motivated to use it and that requires attention all the time. Maybe Heartcount can share some good practice how to prevent it.

Heartcount is great way to evaluate management decisions, to ask for opinion, to offer user friendly channel for communication to employees.

 ### 16. I love using Heartcount, it's a joyful experience!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 10, 2024

**What do you like best about HeartCount?**

The platform has undergone significant positive evolution over the past two years and is notably user-friendly. While I wasn't part of the implementation process, I can attest to the fast, available, and resourceful customer support. I use the platform regularly, either on a weekly or daily basis, depending on the need, allowing me to closely monitor the mood of our employees. I like that it is a quick solution, doesn't consume the time. It would be good to find a way to engage more employees to submit praises etc.

One aspect I appreciate is Heartcount's commitment to continuous improvement and actively seeking feedback from its customers to enhance features. As both a user and admin, I find satisfaction in both roles. Winning the People First award annually is a testament to the platform's substantial support for the business and the team.

The structured and informative nature of the weekly emails, reports, and other communications from Heartcount adds to the overall positive experience. In summary, I value Heartcount for its user-friendly interface, ongoing improvements, strong customer support, and its significant positive impact on employee engagement, as reflected in winning the People First award consistently.

**What do you dislike about HeartCount?**

While my overall experience with Heartcount has been positive, there was one aspect that was not entirely clear to me for a considerable period, specifically the awarding process. However, I'm pleased to note that there has been significant progress in clarifying this aspect, and I appreciate the improvement. Another area that I initially found lacking was key account care, but I'm pleased to acknowledge that it is now adequately covered.

It's worth mentioning that my collaboration with Heartcount has been excellent, and I am currently very satisfied with the platform.

**What problems is HeartCount solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In summary, Heartcount is addressing challenges related to employee engagement, communication, and recognition processes, ultimately providing users with a tool that supports a proactive, data-driven approach to workforce management. The benefits for me and our company are that we have timely feedback, which you can take action upon the very next day. It promotes and combines very well with our value 'transparency'

I would like the reporting to be more flexible, in the sense that certain reports can be pulled for a custom period, although I see Heartcount doing a lot of that lately.

Satisfaction monitoring both at the individual level and at the company level. It helps us define action steps to make our company an even better place to work.
