I use Handwrytten for customer journey optimization and gamification, creating moments of delight that have been very well received. I really like how it helps me stand out at key moments, making the experience feel more personal and memorable. This drives more engagement and loyalty from customers. I appreciate the gamification aspect, as it lets me build in little moments of delight throughout the journey, making it easy to turn ordinary touchpoints into rewarding surprises for customers. This approach builds loyalty much better than standard email blasts. Integration with our CRM allows sends to trigger automatically off certain customer milestones, making the whole journey feel connected. The setup was pretty easy; the support was helpful, and we were up and running within a week. The gamification piece was a major factor in choosing Handwrytten over other options.

I am very happy that it integrates seamlessly with our CRM hubspot. It makes for less back and forth.

I love the ability to send bulk handwritten notes in a timely fashion because it creates that personal touchpoint. It's super user-friendly and easy to use, which saves time and streamlines processes across my team. The initial setup was very easy, and overall, I don't have any concerns with Handwrytten.
