I really like that Handwrytten makes things quick and easy on the go for my quick note outreach and professional thank yous. After a visit, I can easily customize one of my note templates in the app and have a personalized, handwritten note in a friend or client's mailbox in a few days. Plus, the calendar options are fantastic for important dates and the ability to add custom designs is invaluable. I love that there are options to integrate the service with CRM systems, and may use that in the future. The AI assistance writing a note is helpful, but I'm most comfortable using that as a first draft. Customer Service has been extremely helpful when it comes to glitches or billing issues in the past and I appreciate how the service feels personal.

I used Handwrytten to send thank you cards to customers I liked. I find it super easy to use, which is great. I really liked the options it provided, allowing me to have a variety of gifts to give my clients. The ease of the initial setup was also something I appreciated a lot.

It adds the personal touch of handwritten notes with a simple, without adding manual work.
