The transcription and AI-generated summaries are generally accurate and save me considerable time, although they still benefit from a quick human review for names, context, or nuanced conversations. Performance has been reliable, and I haven’t needed much support because onboarding and everyday use are intuitive. For the price, Fathom provides strong value by reducing administrative work and allowing me to concentrate on the people and ideas in the meeting rather than documenting everything myself.

Fathom has been a great addition to our agency. It makes team meetings and training sessions more effective because we can rely on it to record the call, capture the necessary notes, and identify tasks that come out of the conversation. The feature that automatically emails the notes, tasks, and recording to attendees is also a big help in our day-to-day work. It ensures everyone has the meeting resources without us having to do any manual follow-up, and it reduces the risk of accidentally leaving someone out.
