I appreciate the ease of use; I really like the desktop widget for creating milestones or review points from conversations. The AI summarization feature is fantastic; it helps us pinpoint exactly what we're looking for without having to listen to whole recordings. The video playback feature is a standout compared to competitors, providing a more comprehensive experience than typical screenshots. Fathom is by far the best AI notetaker available right now, and its straightforward setup makes it quick and fluid to get started.

Its easy to use, it takes great notes, provides a breakdown of everything important from the meeting and also gives you a transcript which is helpful in about a million different ways. The interface is straightforward, it perfectly integrates with all the major meeting platforms, and I think in the year that I've been using it only had technical issues once that were already known to the team and fixed within the hour.
