Centralized Document Management with Room for Improvement

I like most about Documize is the simple and clean interface, which is not confusing like other tools. Documents are well organized in spaces, so it's easy to find them. The search feature works well and saves time. I also like that multiple people can edit and update the same document. The version history helps to track changes and avoid mistakes, which is good for team knowledge sharing. Privacy-Focused, But Needs Modernization

I really appreciate Documize for providing full privacy, which is very important to me. I like that it doesn't have messy folders, making organization easier.
