Ease of use and integration with Microsoft Teams and Asana which my team uses. They can capture time from anywhere. I've been a paying customer for 3+ years and recently, forgot to reduce the licence as a team member had left. TimeNEye charged me for some extra licence but, when I mentioned it, they immediately refunded the extra payment. I cannot fault them for taking the extra payment as I forgot to amend the system. The company is very professional and really look after their customers. Their product support is also very good in my experience.

The reports from Timeneye are incredibly helpful, and I adore the platform's aesthetic. I can easily create projects and keep track of my time. My timekeeping tasks are greatly simplified by the app's seamless integration with other project management tools like Asana and Trello.
