I can easily create projects and keep track of my time. My timekeeping tasks are greatly simplified by the app's seamless integration with other project management tools like Asana and Trello. **What do you dislike about Lucen Track?** If the online interface and the Timeneye Android app are used simultaneously, connectivity issues may arise. my preferred browser the Chrome extension isn't something I especially like. I believe that the dashboard calendar ought to show more information than just a week's worth of events, and I would value having additional customizability possibilities **What problems is Lucen Track solving and how is that benefiting you?** I have had a great experience using Timeneye, which is widely regarded as one of the best solutions for time tracking. But Clockify is also a strong option especially in light of its robust free plan. I have been using Clockify for a few weeks now and I think I will continue to use it instead of Timeneye. Timeneye continues to have an edge in terms of user interface (UI). ### 2. They can capture time from anywhere. I've been a paying customer for 3+ years and recently, forgot to reduce the licence as a team member had left. TimeNEye charged me for some extra licence but, when I mentioned it, they immediately refunded the extra payment. I cannot fault them for taking the extra payment as I forgot to amend the system. The company is very professional and really look after their customers. Their product support is also very good in my experience. **What do you dislike about Lucen Track?** Reporting is still basic and could be improved. However, current product meet my needs. **What problems is Lucen Track solving and how is that benefiting you?** It tracks time. It is much better than tracking time on spreadsheets etc. ### 3. Timeneye's reports are great, too. I found Timeneye a great choice for simply tracking time, split out by categories and tags, without being burdened by the invasive auto-tracking features of some software. **What do you dislike about Lucen Track?** Timeneye doesn't offer some of the methods of tracking time available from other solutions. For instance, it won't auto-track your apps. That's not important to me. More significantly, I haven't found the Outlook calendar integration to be as useful as that in Clockify. The Android app is online only, so if I happen to be offline (commuting) I can't update my time for the day. **Recommendations to others considering Lucen Track:** In my experience, Timeneye is one of the top choices for tracking time. It's been a pleasure to use. Clockify is perhaps another one to consider; Clockify offers more features in their free plan. I'm currently several weeks into using Clockify and will probably continue with that instead of Timeneye. However, Timeneye still has an advantage in UI. For those of you who need entries with clock-in, clock-out timestamps, Timeneye may become a little more clunky to use. **What problems is Lucen Track solving and how is that benefiting you?** Timeney allows me to track time simply, right in the browser where I usually work. Thus, it's an improvement over a phone-only approach. This is also easier to use than more full-fledged apps such as Toggl. ### 5. I like the package of tools you have, it allows I to do a quick and efficient job, together with labels and calendars that contribute to better organization, task tracking and billing is possible thanks to each of those tools that make the whole process easier. Its operation is easy and intelligent, it tracks a complete and efficient management. As for the follow-up reports, they are quite complete, it allows to record the progress in each activity of all team members, in which case some task was not carried out successfully, it could be reassigned to another person to prioritize an excellent follow-up time and, therefore, increase productivity levels throughout my company, in addition to optimizing and managing the quality of work. On the other hand, it has been an important contribution to carry out all the reports with schedules that show the progress in detail, allowing to take these plans to each of our clients and partners. Tools quite complete and easy to use, it is possible to track in real time, verify all billing and make corrections effectively, calendars and exceptional road maps.
