I think Customer.io is rather easy to use. It was complicated initially since I didn't have any knowledge of it, but as I've been using it for about two years, it's been very easy to adapt to. It has very cool features, allowing us to access a lot of our customer data, and it simplifies the process of creating emails. I appreciate that everything is in one place, so there's no need for additional processes or asking the engineer team for information. It's all automatically uploaded into the system, which saves me time. Anything that saves me time makes me happy, and that's exactly what Customer.io does.

I think Customer.io is a good tool built by really great people, and I've had the opportunity to get to know their team, which has been nice. The best things have been the customer support, which is always so helpful, making it really easy to figure things out most of the time. Plus, it's generally user-friendly, even for someone who isn't very technical, which I appreciate. Their AI agent and MCP to Claude are total game changers. I feel they've been really ahead on AI.
