What I like most is how quickly we can go from an idea to a live campaign. The AI Agent has been a real time-saver: I can give it a structured brief with the segment, flow logic, and copy, and it builds the campaign and drip steps for me. That lets me run experiments and do research outreach without waiting on engineering or spending hours in the builder. Segmentation is flexible enough to target very specific cohorts based on user attributes and behaviour, which matters a lot for us because we serve different user types across payment methods. The visual workflow builder is also intuitive, so it’s easy to review a flow and understand every branch before it goes live. On the integrations side, reporting webhooks let us send email events like opens, clicks, and bounces into our own data warehouse, so we can analyse campaign performance alongside product and payments data. Connected data and webhook actions also make it possible to pull in things like promo codes from our own systems. Performance has been reliable at our volumes, and the platform feels like it’s built to scale with us. The documentation is thorough and made setup straightforward. Given how much we can do without engineering involvement, it’s been good value for a small product team. Overall, it gives us a lot of leverage: the power of a proper lifecycle messaging tool without it turning into a bottleneck.
