I appreciate Customer.io's constant new features and releases, which assure me it will be ahead of the curve. I also love the live webinars and sessions held by the team, which elevate the community. The ease of use in creating campaigns stands out to me, and the AI assistant has saved me time on manual tasks. It's an out-of-the-box solution that allows us to target users with accuracy and has a minimal learning curve to be efficient.

I think Customer.io is rather easy to use. It was complicated initially since I didn't have any knowledge of it, but as I've been using it for about two years, it's been very easy to adapt to. It has very cool features, allowing us to access a lot of our customer data, and it simplifies the process of creating emails. I appreciate that everything is in one place, so there's no need for additional processes or asking the engineer team for information. It's all automatically uploaded into the system, which saves me time. Anything that saves me time makes me happy, and that's exactly what Customer.io does.
