The off-boarding and automation features seem to work flawlessly, saving a lot of time and reducing Google Vault costs. The UI is easy to understand, and it was straightforward to integrate with Google for user management. Overall, the product is intuitive, easy to use, and performs well. Support is okay, but it’s definitely where CloudM falls short. There’s a clear ROI based on the time saved compared to manual processes. The AI capabilities are very limited, which I actually appreciate from a compliance standpoint since it means fewer hoops to jump through.
