I do like that ClickHelp is an all-in-one solution - I can create, publish, share, and manage knowledge across the whole company. I don’t need to send docs via email - I can just give permission and here we go.
A big advantage is that it’s possible to quickly publish new articles, update them, and delete outdated content. And I can do it from my portal.
