I like how ClickHelp has made our documentation more user-friendly and searchable. ClickHelp offers a full-text search engine - you can not only use it for easy use cases but also for complex ones where you need quotes, wildcards, etc. And even if you create password-protected documentation, the search engine will consider your user permissions. It’s well thought out.
