The best part of using ClickHelp is that this tool allows a user to set different documentation visibility levels. Here is how it works: I can assign different permissions to different readers, and when they log in, they will have access only to the docs I allowed. It makes my writing more effective since I’m working on different projects.

Best Solution for Startups!
ClickHelp offers a lightweight, hosted help authoring/publishing solution with easy setup and plenty of Flare-like features but at a reasonable price point for startups with smaller budgets. And ClickHelp's support team is superb!
