My review for Pach Customer Retention product.

Software intuitiveness and overall ease of use. The software does not require specific skills to implement. Availability of notifications to customers on various availability prices discounts basing on their recent purchase history. The product provides a real-time collaboration platform where customers can give their sentiments on various products and goods

Revolutionized Marketing

The Patch team is always there to assist us. They even create custom reports on our behalf. It would be fantastic. it is user friendly and their Customer Success Team goes above and, beyond to provide assistance.

Patch is a MUST!

I use Patch to capture signatures for our digital waivers/documents, and it also serves as a great data capture tool as I am able to grow our SMS opted in database as well as use the info that we capture to communicate with our customers. Patch's Digital Waivers Solution in combination with their communication tools turn waivers from a backend cost to a return on our investment.
