I like the fact that you can easily start using Chatling. The feature that allows you to simply create a chatbot is the most attractive.

Ching works great. It’s very easy to use. The interface looks really good and it usually is up most of the time. Sometimes there are issues with the up time and that is the only reason why I’m not giving you a 10 out of 10, but it is very easy to configure. The pricing is good and it generally works as it is supposed to and the AI works great.

I’ve had a good overall experience with Chatling. The platform is very easy to use, even without technical knowledge, and setting up a chatbot was straightforward thanks to the intuitive interface. I appreciate the ability to create intelligent flows and the flexibility it offers for different use cases.
