After watching the how to use video it took no more than 5 minutes to add the Chatbot to our website with direct reference to all the information on our website. We then redesigned the process flow and with 3 emails to support had the bot doing an even more sophisticated workflow. Only technical knowledge necessary was knowing how to add the widget to the website after the header on each page we wanted the bot to work. Easy as!

It was easy to set up and intuitive to use, requiring very little time to get started. My students love interacting with it. It not only supports their learning but also helps confirm and reinforce their thinking in real-time.
