I use Chargebee to handle transactions for my web app, and it makes it easier to collect payments without having to build out a portal. As a developer, it saves me a lot of time because I can use Chargebee as is for the most part, without needing to build a custom solution. I just have to connect the dots between my app and Chargebee, and I don't have to necessarily build out payment collection. We switched to Chargebee because we wanted the extra functionality it provides on top of Stripe. The initial setup was pretty easy, and although our use case was a bit tougher back then on Chargebee v1, since v2 it has gotten smoother. I'd rate my likelihood to recommend Chargebee as a 9 out of 10.
