Robust API and system with helpful support

I have noticed when Chargebee claim that the system works in a specific way it tends to do just that. A perfect example is the support for Product Catalog 1 and 2 within an existing site. I have been impressed so far. I also appreciate being on a call with a subject matter expert, who talked me through a challenging customer support issue that exposed some missing documentation. It was all very helpful.
