All-in-One Billing Platform That’s Easy to Use and Integrates Seamlessly

It's an all-in-one subscription and billing management platform that has all the features a SaaS company needs to grow. We need apps for a lot of pricing models: usage-based, feature-based, seat-based, etc. Once it's set up, it's very easy to use, including for non-technical people. Also has great integrations with our stack, HubSpot, Intercom, etc.

Great Support Team and a Solid Product Overall

Your support team is really great, and you have a good product overall. My main issue is with smaller improvements that don’t seem to be implemented. For example, it would be very helpful to add a “Due Date” column to the invoice list, ideally with configurable/variable columns so users can choose what they want to see. Invoice Template can't be changed in one small detail: at the top of the Invoice, replace Invoice Amount with Amount Due.

I really appreciate Chargebee's customization and ability to design invoices. It allows me to manage a large degree of plans, add-ons, and various charges while keeping everything organized.
