Easy to Use, Fast Workflow with Excellent Human Support

It's relatively easy to use and I can do nearly everything I need to do quite quickly. The AI help chat is OK; the human support is generally very good.

Affordable, Reliable, but Needs UI Enhancements

I like that Chargebee offers a relatively affordable billing solution, which helps us keep our budget under control. Their support agents are responsive, so it’s easier to get help when we need it. I also appreciate the level of integration and partnership Chargebee provides, allowing seamless connectivity with Stripe and our own platform. On top of that, Chargebee is easy to access and navigate, which simplifies our workflow for managing customer subscriptions, invoicing, and payment gateway tasks. Overall, it delivers above-average performance, which feels worth the subscription pricing. I haven’t tried their AI function yet.

All-in-One Billing Platform That’s Easy to Use and Integrates Seamlessly

It's an all-in-one subscription and billing management platform that has all the features a SaaS company needs to grow. We need apps for a lot of pricing models: usage-based, feature-based, seat-based, etc. Once it's set up, it's very easy to use, including for non-technical people. Also has great integrations with our stack, HubSpot, Intercom, etc.
