The Caya Document Automation Suite automates the processing of incoming business documents. It brings physical mail, email attachments and uploaded files into one workflow: documents are classified, relevant data is extracted, and documents and data are routed to the people or systems that need them. Three products work together within the suite. Post Scan digitises physical mail in scanning centres in Germany and makes it available in a searchable digital inbox. Document Extractions uses AI and deep OCR to extract information such as amounts, IBANs, dates, names and tax IDs from invoices, orders, contracts, forms and other documents. Users can review and correct extracted data within the process. Document Automations sorts and routes documents and structured data according to rules you define, whether to a person, department, folder or connected system. Caya offers more than 130 integrations, including DATEV, SAP, Microsoft 365 and Google Drive. The suite is designed for a straightforward implementation without a lengthy IT project. Documents are processed and stored in Germany. Caya is ISO 27001 certified, compliant with GoBD and the GDPR, and built to support DORA obligations.
