**What do you like best about Caya?**

First, Caya is a mail scanning service - mail is forwarded to a scanning center via forwarding order, opened and scanned there, and made available digitally via a web interface. In addition, documents can be uploaded to Caya via various interfaces and integrations - for example, I have stored the mail address of my Caya in Scanner, so that documents are scanned directly to Caya.

**What do you dislike about Caya?**

Mail forwarding occasionally doesn't work out, though that's probably more of a problem with the post office and not Caya. The workflows (for automatisms in document processing) have been missing a delete button since the beginning, so that workflows can be changed, but not deleted (and if you want to completely redesign a workflow, you have to delete it first).

**What problems is Caya solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Thanks to Caya, I get my mail even if I can't get to the office mailbox for a long time (Especially important during COVID time). My documents are filed GODB compliant (a regulation of the German tax authorities).

**What do you like best about Caya?**

Whenever I receive mail, I get a notification. By email but also on the mobile phone. I especially appreciate this because I spend a long time abroad each year or travel to different regions of the world.

**What do you dislike about Caya?**

The only thing that could be a disadvantage is that you have to pay for Caya. 😉 But at the same time, it is so affordable that anyone with their own business can afford it.

**What problems is Caya solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am no longer tied to one place to handle my mail. I can do this anywhere in the world - this is what I have always wished for in the past!

**What do you like best about Caya?**

We switched to Caya because we often work remotely. The service is decently priced and the data processing tools are just great. From direct marking and editing of the scanned PDFs to forwarding and good archiving as well as sending the originals, everything works flawlessly. We have often recommended CAYA to our acquaintances!

**What do you dislike about Caya?**

Unfortunately, the direct payment function for invoices does not work for us. The connection to the bank breaks. And the mail delivery is delayed by almost 1 week, please scan faster...

**What problems is Caya solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is possible to work more stress-free, since the walk to the mailbox is eliminated. In addition, you have all the documents in one place.

**What do you like best about Caya?**

In the past it took us lot of time to receive, open and scan our documents. Since we use CAYA they do it for us. All documents are sent in a short time to our email and even OCR likely. You can use subfolders to sort them an automatical sending by email. If you receive bills, you can pay them easyly direct by caya. You decide that kind of documents you want to receive original and which can be destroyed.

**What do you dislike about Caya?**

Unfortunately sometimes it takes a bit more time than the normal post receiving documents and letters. If you receive letters with goods, you will only get a photo by caya from the content and have to receive by package. The title of the documents you receive are sometimes not correct.

**What problems is Caya solving and how is that benefiting you?**

First of all: TIME, TIME, TIME.  One of our employes was been taking about two or three hours a day just with scanning documents and letters. For now: nothing. 
Often we work from foreign countries and neverless we receive our letters online. So nobody minds that we´re not in our office.

The Abo with workflows is rarther expensive. But you need the workflows, otherwise caya is a dumb service.

**What do you like best about Caya?**

All mail arrives digitally, no scan job, no filing.... everything in one place.
The mail then comes after a few weeks in the original... and only those that you really need, the rest is sorted out immediately by CAYA. This is really CLASS!!!

**What do you dislike about Caya?**

From time to time the forwarding to CAYA is not executed correctly by Deutsche Post. Here CAYA can not help, but helps directly by means of your first-class support, so that the post office does its job again.

With alternative postal service providers, you unfortunately have to take care of the forwarding request yourself.

**Recommendations to others considering Caya:**

CAYA has greatly simplified the way I work with mail and I can't imagine working without it.

**What problems is Caya solving and how is that benefiting you?**

If you travel a lot and want to have your mail with you promptly, you can't avoid a solution like CAYA or you have a reliable TEAM... but this also costs time and money.

All my mail is made available to me in digitized form, enabling me to manage my documents from anywhere in the world.

**What do you dislike about Caya?**

Caya has only Support via Email, which takes much longer in case of an issue and the requested mail in physical form sometimes takes a very long time.

**What problems is Caya solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps in managing your own mail so that you no longer miss any deadlines and it doesn't matter where you are. It helps in ordering documents and speeding up payments directly through the system. I can also have mail deleted directly if I don't need it.

The modern interface of the software and the possibility to save paper on site, but to archive all files cleanly and transparently and to store them in a data protection compliant manner. 

**What do you dislike about Caya?**

The nevertheless very high prices should one nevertheless a letter in the original to be sent have The app for IOS which in my opinion is not so well implemented I always use the web interface

There is no reason to wait the future time savings alone justify the purchase

Much less paper in the office, all mail available from anywhere in the world which is a huge time saver, sharing the account with my office so everyone has access to the mail at the same time.

I don’t like the parts outside of Caya, I don’t know which letter will be forwarded and which one will be returned

**What do you like best about Caya?**

Mainly that the service does what it says it is going to do. Very easily integrated by using their address and post box as new address. They open, scan and upload the docs for further processing by you, the customer.

**What do you dislike about Caya?**

Unfortunately, some functions are triggered by a klick other by mouse over. That can be a bit annoying or needs some getting used to. At the end of the day not a big deal.

use it, it is saving you time and money

With caya you are getting rid of opening and scanning regular mail because they are doing it for you. As a result, I am saving time for these actions making time for more productive things.

**What do you like best about Caya?**

Modern work means: Everyone works from wherever they want. After Corona, this is also demanded by many employees. But what to do with the mail that still arrives? Thanks to CAYA, this is no longer a problem for us. Everything is digital. Everything is tagged. And what you need in the original, you can have sent to you. Great service.

**What do you dislike about Caya?**

I don't find it optimal that the envelopes are scanned as well. It makes the PDF unnecessarily large. But maybe it has to be that way for legal reasons.

**Recommendations to others considering Caya:**

If you or your team want to work flexibly and are looking for an uncomplicated solution, then CAYA is the right choice for you.

**What problems is Caya solving and how is that benefiting you?**

No one needs to be on site. Everyone can view and retrieve the documents. Additionally, they are already scanned and can be quickly forwarded to the responsible person or persons.

**What do you like best about Caya?**

The CAYA System is working well and includes all our needs for daily mail management. On desktop and in the app, all features work without problems and we have been using the system for years.

**What do you dislike about Caya?**

There are no bugs, we know. The product is well designed and all features work well. The pricing is good and we will continue to work with Caya in the future. Many colleagues have the same experiences.

The system digitizes all traditional mail, including envelopes and other add-ons. The files are immediately sent via the web, and in the app, we can look after the details. All functions are well developed, and we have had no problems with them up to now.

The Incoming mail is easily available in the e-mail inbox. We don´t have to go to the postbox anymore.

The subscription for the forwarding order is only available for Deutsche Post and not for other providers such as Citipost.

**What problems is Caya solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CAYA makes it possible to be outgoing and at the same time to process incoming mail.

**What do you like best about Caya?**

It was a super easy and well-supported setup process. The team also assisted us well with complicated topics, such as the integration of Datev. Caya now helps us to process and archive our mail faster and better in the right place.

**What do you dislike about Caya?**

Sometimes it takes a while for letters to arrive at Caya. However, we were able to trace this back to the forwarding order from the post office or the handover from Citipost to Deutsche Post. So no error on Caya's part. ;-)

Caya now helps us to process and archive our mail faster and better in the right place. We have become significantly more productive thanks to Caya.

Unfortunately, there is no free way to receive the post directly as an e-mail.
