Captivate takes the friction out of running a podcast. You can upload an episode, add show notes, schedule, and publish to Apple Podcasts, Spotify, and other directories from one clean dashboard. I like the built-in podcast website and the shareable player, which make it easy to promote episodes without extra tools. The analytics are clear and useful for tracking downloads and audience growth. The AI-powered tools are a real time saver. Auto-generated transcripts, show notes, and episode descriptions give me a strong first draft to refine, so I spend less time on repetitive writing and more time on the content itself. The AI feels like an assistant that speeds up my workflow rather than a gimmick. The pricing is fair and transparent, and the ROI is strong. Compared to the time I save on publishing, promotion, and repurposing content, the cost pays for itself quickly. It's also easy to scale up as the show grows, without paying for features I don't need. Performance has been rock solid. Uploads are fast, episodes go live on schedule, and I've had no issues with downloads or playback. That reliability matters when you're publishing on a consistent schedule. Support has also been responsive and helpful whenever I've had questions.
