I like that everyone is able to view Budgyt, including our program directors. It's pretty easy to sync data from QuickBooks or other accounting software into Budgyt after expenses are in. I also like the ability to duplicate budgets that have been set. Since there's a lot of work that goes into setting budgets, being able to duplicate them and make some changes is useful. Data syncing is really important, and it's been helpful for program directors who may not be comfortable with QuickBooks. Budgyt provides a rolled-up view of how program income and expenses look like for the month, the year, and historically. It allows us to get granular in details while also encouraging a high-level perspective.

I found a small programming issue on a report that I brought to James (Founder and CEO) attention, and received a same day response, with a follow up that the issue would be resolved within 3 business days. Now that's service!

Recently Budgyt added the ability to roll up departments into regions and regions into entities, so essentially three layers. This will allow us to budget multiple locations under one entity wherever this is needed.
