Bearworks turned our outbound team around in a week

The pickup rate improvement was immediate, we went from about 5% to 20%. Reps started booking more meetings, getting real conversations, and it completely changed morale. Coaching is easier because there’s more to coach on, they’re actually talking to people.

One of the few tools that actually moves pipeline

The visibility. I can see spam flags before they become a problem, pickup trends by rep, and overall team efficiency. On the ground, my team booked 290 meetings the first week we went all-in on Bearworks — massive lift compared to our old setup.
