AIRe Linkis so quick to set-up and use - just send the customer an SMS message, they link the link and application starts There is no need to download or install anything on the phone Being able to "freeze frame" and use the mark up tools is so useful when guiding the user to perform any action required First class tool to give first class Customer Support
