**What do you like best about AIRe Link?**

It's a pleasure to have this tool to assist me in my day to day job. Eye's on in an environment that commands a qualified tech is 2nd to none with with the use of AireLink. The ease of use and having the ability to see what our customer see.

**What do you dislike about AIRe Link?**

Quality of video is affected in low reception zones to a customers device which requires a network connection. But as long as a wifi connection is enabled and available, this is fine and remains fully effective.

**What problems is AIRe Link solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This helps with our 1st time fix strategy and also saves time in resolving issue's by not having to send a technician out to customer site unless absolutely necessary.

**What do you like best about AIRe Link?**

AIRe Linkis so quick to set-up and use  - just send the customer an SMS message, they link the link and application starts

There is no need to download or install anything on the phone

Being able to "freeze frame" and use the mark up tools is so useful when guiding the user to perform any action required

First class tool to give first class Customer Support

**What do you dislike about AIRe Link?**

Users might not like the product due to bad experiences with similar solutions used in the past, AIRe Link is a professional, business ready application

AIRe Link provides remote support for both customers to resolve issues, and also for field engineers needing support or a second opinion

**What do you like best about AIRe Link?**

Easy of use. Very useful tools for remote diagnosis and support.  Possibility to use AIRe link in combination with RealWare Smart Glasses extends the effectiveness of this tool.

**What do you dislike about AIRe Link?**

The customer can not initiate the communication with the support team, using AIRe link.
No group support or communication.

Technical problems.
Avoiding the service visits onsite and saving costs.

**What do you like best about AIRe Link?**

Aire Link is a user-friendly tool that makes troubleshooting easier; there is no need to install any software on the client side with a single click.I can certainly state that this visual remote capability is equivalent to having a virtual presence, allowing us to solve technical issues without physically being present.

**What do you dislike about AIRe Link?**

an AIRe Link is a cloud-based remote visual support application and it never fails to meet my expectations. It is quite difficult to identify any flaws or disadvantage s with it.

**What problems is AIRe Link solving and how is that benefiting you?**

People can use AIReLink as a tool to assist them with various tasks. Customers can use it to find solutions to their issues, and engineers can use it to make solutions because it enables remote problem-solving. However, it does have a benefit. We receive assistance more quickly and don't need to send a technician to visit us personally.

According to me, one ofAireLink's services is its ability to construct wireless networks tailored to each client's particular needs.The majority of our customers are quite happy that they can participate in resolving technical issues thanks to its friendly interface and ease of use!

The AIRe Link as it is now is fine. I don't dislike anything about AIRe Link

AIReLink offers assistance with many different jobs. Since we prioritize handling issues remotely by default, this technology is ideal.
The help offered by AIReLink includes assisting end users when a cable has been placed into the wrong port. They are relatively easy to locate with AireLink.

**What do you like best about AIRe Link?**

The instant access to the virtual session without any additional app installation is one of the best features AIRe link provides. In addition the software is fast and the quality is uncompromising. It really helps in interacting with customers who are naive at using computer.

**What do you dislike about AIRe Link?**

The website has some important features outlined towards the end of page which needs to be scrolled. This under exposes the potential of AIRe link.  The website UI is very good but seems to be a complicated where there is 'contact us' button. Customer testimonials section could be more highlighted so that it increases the trust of AIRE link.

**What problems is AIRe Link solving and how is that benefiting you?**

AIRe link acts as a bridge for remote connections. It establishes connection with customers even though customer doesn't have any pre-installed software. The real time support provided the assistant through out the session helps in the navigation through meet for naive computer using customers.AIRe link also provides high quality service.

Aire Link supports real time visulal interaction, is easy to use and no need to set up any software. It is browser based and can be used on any internet enabled device. It simplifies customer support especially when it comes to trouble shooting and technical support. Aire Link is efficient and has a low latency.

**What do you dislike about AIRe Link?**

Ocassionally connectivity errors occur but am almost sure that is a result of isp or data service provider interruptions or timeouts.

AIRe Link makes it easy for us to offer technical support in real-time to troubleshoot problems. This increases customer satisfaction and retention.

there is very low latency and frame drops as compared to other remote monitoring software and its a bit more smoother UI then other remote monitoring app which is a plus!

its take time during connecting to the client server and sometimes gets error during connectivity and also needs improvement in its features during remotely accessing the client system.

the day to day problems and support that my team needs are really gets simple by using this software as the assessibility is easy on to there systems by this software and to support any technical error.

One of the unique aspects of AireLink's services, in my opinion, is its capacity to design wireless networks that are suited to the individual requirements of each client.

The website also offers comprehensive details on each of these solutions, as well as case studies and client feedback that show how beneficial they are in actual situations.

Amazing 24/7 support and monitoring make sure that consumers may obtain the assistance they require whenever they do.

There is no major dislike I found for AIRe Link, Since it provides instant 24/7 support and monitoring to ensure the reliability of its networks, it really helps to get an answer to the problem.

The pricing I feel could be more comprehensive and should be adjusted according to needs.

It facilitates point-to-point connectivity between various structures or sites or Wi-Fi coverage.
The requirement for dependable, high-performance wireless communication is a different issue that AireLink is resolving.

There is nothing like AIRe Link. It continually exceeds my expectations by providing immediate support and 24-hour monitoring.

The remote connecting function of AIRe Link poses a possible downside given that it is marketed as a means of quick assistance and doing away with personal trips.

Sometimes the video quality may be low if there is any internet connection issue.

A very useful visual remote tool that has helped us resolve many technical problems without the presence of a technician. It has a friendly interface, really easy to use and most of our customers are very excited that they participate in solving technical issues! Ας from my perspective as a technician, what else to say rather than it’s like “being” there without actually 
being there!

Still haven't found something that I don't like!

Technical issue problems about photocopiers, and it's beneficial cause we don't have to sen d a technician in person and the responce time is quicker

AIRe Link is easy to use -  just one click on the client side and application installation is unnecessary. It allows me to see what the client cannot explain in words easily. This leads to correct diagnosis and faster assistance.

**What do you dislike about AIRe Link?**

From the operator's side, there is no information about the quality of the connection/quality of the camera and the possibility of manually changing between smoothness and quality. Fortunately, the automatically connection quality works without any problems.

A strong internet connection is required; it is only so effective if the internet is fast. The customer's screen may occasionally go black while sharing.

Advantages: As a service worker, I often find errors that customers interpret differently: they say that they have already checked paper jams in the copier,  but didn't look at the marked locations. These errors can be found easily by using AireLink.

**What do you dislike about AIRe Link?**

Disadvantages 
Not all users' phones can start. 
There are places whose policy prohibits its use.

What I solved: 
In  case of USB printing, there were several occasions when the cable has been plugged into the wrong port. These are very easy to spot with AireLink, they are plugged into the place of a UTP cable.
