I really enjoy the ability to customize the admin experience and the ability to export reports for tracking purposes. Absorb LMS allows us to have stronger reporting capabilities, higher-level customization, and gives the user an interface that feels more elevated and developed. I often need to keep track of course completion, and from Absorb, I can export reports with data that can be used to confirm completion through tracking documents like in Excel.

I find that generating course content is easy with Absorb LMS using their AI tool. The onboarding process is great, making it simple to get started, and the AI features are very nice for creating content. I like how easy it is to add and organize users and send messages and reports in an automated fashion. The user interface is very simple to use. I appreciate the reporting features as they are very easy to use. Additionally, Absorb Create is very useful for creating and managing content. The initial setup was straightforward and easy to complete. It makes onboarding new people and content sharing very easy, which is very important for my company.
