The product has a great UI feel, its intuitive and our adoption rate with users was really good. The implementation was really smooth and the Absorb team was incredibly helpful and patient as we navigated the process. The best part has been post-implementation support, which is really lacking in the LMS industry. Our support team is fantastic. You have regular meetings with smart, system experienced ppl who listen and guide you through any issues. They are constantly trying to help and find ways for you to maximize your usage of the system. A big shout out to Greg Law and Emma Scott @ Absorb for being such great partners. Cant say enough good things about them! Definitely recommend this company.

What I like most about Absorb is its flexibility and outstanding customer support. We recently went live with Absorb, and as someone new to learning management systems, I was designated the LMS admin. Our CSM, Ionus, was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and proactive in addressing any issues that came up. Regarding the software itself, I appreciate how customizable it is. Flexibility is important for us, especially for a global organization like ours with very specific needs. The ability to create custom courses, tailor learning content, and configure the LMS to meet our unique requirements has been invaluable in helping us achieve our objectives more efficiently. The support team is also fantastic—they always respond promptly with detailed solutions, including screenshots, screen recordings, and thorough explanations

The ease of use in comparison to other LMS is there to be seen! It stood out for me in terms of its ease of use and the look and feel of the user interface.
