The flexibility of Absorb's course content builder is great, especially now that they've added block pages that allow the creation of blog-style training content rather than just 16:9 slide-style content. The voiceover, hotspot, animation, and interaction features allow you to create just about any learning experience you can imagine. While support was generally lacking post-launch, the technical support we got from the CRM integration SME and from our Implementation Project Manager pre-launch were thorough and helpful. The performance of the platform is reasonable, though we haven't stress-tested it yet. Admin and report pages sometimes take a while to load, but this is to be somewhat expected in any LMS. The front-end user experience is pretty responsive.
