**What do you like best about Qualio?**

The easy and simple way to work. The reminders are straight to the point - emails only have the necessary information. I use it every time I have pending trainings and since it integrates so well with the tools I use daily I have no issues performing the tasks I need.

**What do you dislike about Qualio?**

Not many things are wrong. Unsure what is the managers view of the missing trainings and how this implements on their end.

Training consistency and making sure team is all aligned with best practices.

**What do you like best about Qualio?**

The digitalisation of the GMP controlled documents. It is easy to update or review a document. Signing in is convenient. I use the system 5 days a week.

**What do you dislike about Qualio?**

The search structure is not great. When editing a document it lacks a lot of word equivalent option making it very challenging to create/update table, graph etc...
Training took a bit of time to get used to it especially for change request.
Change request SME notification list on 'task to do' does not indicate what change request it is about

**What do you like best about Qualio?**

I've been using Qualio for the past 2.5 years for Department Quality Training. I like how it helps us manage training, including leave planning, company policies, department training policies, tax procedures, and more. Qualio is very user-friendly and keeps all documents organized. It’s a great tool for MNCs and multinational companies because it simplifies training and document management, making it easier for the Admin department to go paperless. This is one of the best features of Qualio. We use it frequently for various training needs, especially in our Integration Department where I work in the Ops team. It also helps us with client-side documents and customer support training. Qualio makes it easy to implement new training processes and is useful for Quality Analysts and Development departments as well.

**What do you dislike about Qualio?**

I don’t really have any complaints about Qualio. The only thing is that we need to log in and use a password each time we finish training. But I think this is good for security.

**What problems is Qualio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Qualio helps manage and organize training and documents. It keeps everything together and makes it easy to handle different types of training, like company rules and tax procedures. This benefits me by making things simpler, cutting down on paperwork, and keeping everything organized and secure.

**What do you like best about Qualio?**

Qualio excels in its simplicity and accessibility. The centralized platform makes it easy to navigate through SOPs, maintain equipment records, and ensure regulatory compliance. **What do you like best about Qualio?**

Qualio is an extremely robust software that is very easy to use and implement across your team - it not only provides revision control on your QMS, but also let's you track events and tasks that are more akin to project management software. The more we use Qualio on our team, the more features we continue to find useful.

**What do you dislike about Qualio?**

There are improvements to be made on task management and project management, but there are always workarounds.

Qualio manages our QMS and has enabled us to be GMP compliant and nimble in our Product Realization workflows.

The ease of use is my favorite part of qualio, how easy it is to add reviewers, approvers and so on. I like that you can add trainings easily and that everyone gets an email whenever a task needs to be completed.

Somethings just feel unintuitive, I would like to be able to 'Right-click' when writing in qualio to get options and so on.

Qualio solved the problem of having everything in paper form, now that we can have everything digitally it improves our efficiency.

**What do you like best about Qualio?**

I like how organized Qualio helps us to be. We use Qualio everyday and use most of the features. We are working on increasing our use of the features. I like that there are many training docs available and customer service has been very helpful with answering our questions and being available.

**What do you dislike about Qualio?**

The downside is that it takes time to set up. But taking the time to mess around with Qualio and learn how to use it is worth it in the long-run. I also wish there was a way to organize our documents a little more rather than having them all in one library that needs to be searched rather than organizing into folders or sections.

**What problems is Qualio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Qualio helps us to stay organized and compliant. Audit trail and reports are very useful and have helped us to eliminate several documents (supplier status change forms, approved supplier list, etc) that had to be manually filled out prior to using Qualio.

It is a good central location to store and organize company SOPs, policies, and other training materials. All documents are easy to find and read, and it is very simple for QA to assign and track training requirements.

No complaints yet. Really, I have no complaints but I also have no reason to use the full suite of available features as part of my job requirements.

**What do you like best about Qualio?**

I'm using Qualio from the last 2 to 3 years in our organization, and it's easy to use, providing the best security for the company's secure documents. Qualio has solved problems such as eliminating the need to store hard copies (paperless) of various policy documents, as it carefully maintains documents with security. The admin/auditor can easily send documents to employees, and employees can easily read and complete the training.

**What do you dislike about Qualio?**

I didn't have any dislike for Qualio, but in the future, Qualio needs to think about the UI.

I don't have any problem, but in the future, Qualio needs to think about the UI, so users can get a better UI.

**What do you like best about Qualio?**

Once logged in, navigate to the dashboard to easily view the latest and upcoming policy changes. We rely on Qualio for our day-to-day operations, which significantly improves our ability to provide quick and accurate customer support. Qualio's user-friendly navigation system helps us locate documents efficiently. While searching, clicking on a desired flag name instantly shows all associated documents. I'd like to use Qualio often.

**What do you dislike about Qualio?**

The dashboard currently does not provide a search box or export feature. The current session timeout is too short. We are often logged out while reviewing documents, forcing them to re-login when returning to Qualio.

**What problems is Qualio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We can quickly access any office policy to support customers by searching with a single keyword. We advise new team members to use Qualio for instant and accurate policy and procedure information. I appreciate Qualio Team for this.

How to handle Qualio, how to use it, how to edit, how to check documents, etc. It is widely used because if an organization refers anything that we can find in Qualio, it is very safe, private, and trustworthy.

**What do you like best about Qualio?**

As an organization that used a cloud/paper based quality management system, Qualio was a very worthy investment that allowed us to involve the company in the QMS, get on top of training plans, generate training reports and matrices in a couple of clicks, and vastly improve collaboration across departments working from different continents. Qualio allowed our organization to scale up our processing of quality events, to a point where a very small team can handle thousands of reports per month, using a Jira <> Qualio integration. SSO was also a breeze to set up! Fast support when needed, the onboarding process was quick and very well assisted by the customer success team, and the pool of 900+ users were able to start using Qualio quickly with minimal friction, often recurring to Qualio docs for instructions.

**What do you dislike about Qualio?**

I have been using Qualio for the last year, and within this period I must say that, 4 out of 5 times, whenever I felt like a feature was lacking, the features ended up being part of later releases. The only improvement I would still like to see is a better visualization of document changes when comparing different versions.

**What problems is Qualio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Referencing documents within the quality management system: the smartlinks are an absolute godsend when it comes to ensuring that references always link to the most updated versions. The ability to schedule periodical reviews for documents that need revision: without Qualio it was harder to ensure documents were reviewed in the prescribed timelines. Managing training for close to a thousand collaborators was a daunting task before Qualio.

The best part about Qualio is how easy it is to use. The userface is very inituituve and the learning curve is minimal. Another positive is the great customer service. If you have any kind of issue or question you just start a chat and a real person gets back to you within an hour or two with a helpful solution.

The only downside to Qualio is that it may not be as effective for larger scale, more in-depth quality systems. We are a smaller company with simple procedures, training requirements, and investigations. However I could imagine it being less effective for bigger corporations who need more customization.

The best part about qualio is that it is centralized from centralized I mean this platform provide central repository for all well managed documention, making it easier to manage.
All analysis grade and warning messages are done automatically by the system, so team need only to worry on how to better receive and identify the samples, improve the analysis (more time to research quicker and efficient ways to do the analysis) and discard the sample after the end of the quality process.

**What do you dislike about Qualio?**

Collaborators on the same document would be a huge win. - The editor usually does not utilize the full width of the browser. Makes editing difficult in some cases. - NO DARK MODE. This is by far my most requested feature. There is lots of documentation needed in the medical devices work and I dread the those days if I need to work on qualio. I've used chrome extensions to get around it but nothing will work as nicely as a native solution. Please introduce dark mode for your fellow software developers that have to work on qualio for days at a time. - Page timeout can also be frustrating when working on a couple of documents in parallel through the day. I've noticed at least that when I re-login, I land on the page I was originally working on, but that hasn't been consistent. - Cannot exit an attachment preview unless scrolling to the top of the window and pressing the X. That can be frustrating when viewing multiple page word or PDFs. Most of the time I end up downloading the attachment to preview just so I don't have to scroll all the way up to close it :)

I appreciate that all of the main functionalities (document management, CAPA, Complaint, Supplier Management, etc.) are available in the system. The referencing between events and between documents works very well. It's also reasonably easy to customize templates and certain workflows. I have been using Qulio for most of my Audit reports and it is helpful to me very easy to conduct to preparing an audit report and attach documentation for the department division. There are so many other procedures I am following with the help of Qulio. I have been sent to an SOP procedure to the Ops department, QA department, and many others for the company's policy and other management team. The Qualio is time-saving for the employees and also the management and Admin team. I have seen that Qulio has improved your skills and also to manage your product via features and documents Provided by the company and esaly access any time. I am mostly to provide my all department training via only one help of Qulio to send the following and complete training to all employees via Qulio within the period. This feature takes only a few minutes and helps of each department time and improve knowledge.

When I started at High Tech things were not as organized as they are now since Qualio has been introduced to the company. It allows us to have all of our SOPs, Any events that occur, Spec sheets and much more all accessible files all in the same area. It has made life alot easier for me to create job packets or print out any SOPs that my coworkers need and more.

**What do you like best about Qualio?**

The interface is clean and straightforward, so it's easy for anyone to find their way around and get things done. This makes it especially great for teams who might not be very familiar with electronic QMS tools. Plus, because it’s so intuitive, getting new people on board is pretty simple. Most folks can start using it with just a bit of training, which means less downtime and faster adoption.

The document management in Qualio is also top-notch. It lets teams keep everything, from SOPs to quality manuals, in one controlled spot. You get handy features like version control, quick search, and automated reminders to help you stay on top of document reviews and approvals. On top of that, the real-time collaboration feature is a big plus, especially for remote teams. It makes working together on documents a breeze, so you can avoid endless email chains and just get things done faster.

**What do you dislike about Qualio?**

One drawback with Qualio is its limited customization options. While the document management system is strong, some users feel it doesn’t offer enough flexibility. Customizing workflows, forms, and templates to suit specific organizational needs can be a bit of a challenge. Additionally, although the interface is generally user-friendly, it’s somewhat rigid. For users who prefer a more personalized dashboard or workspace, this lack of customization might feel restrictive.

When it comes to reporting and analytics, Qualio is fairly basic. Its capabilities in this area don’t quite stack up to some other QMS platforms. For users who need in-depth data analysis or custom reports, this can be a significant limitation. Another point of frustration is the export options, some users find it difficult to export data into formats that are easily analyzable outside of Qualio, which can limit flexibility for more detailed data work.

Qualio really helps solve some big headaches in quality management by making compliance, document control, and quality processes a lot smoother for regulated industries.
