If new templates are needed, Zuuvi is always very helpful in enabling these. The Studio is easy to use, even if you don’t have any creative design skills. They always listen to suggestions for improving their product, and their team is impressively fast at developing and implementing new features. Support is the best I´ve experienced in the ad tech industry - many other ad tech companies could learn something from Zuuvi. **What do you dislike about Zuuvi?** Top of mind, I actually can’t come up with any improvements—except pricing. But that’s just a matter of me being bad at negotiating. **What problems is Zuuvi solving and how is that benefiting you?** Zuuvi solves the challenge of producing high-quality, engaging ad creatives quickly and at scale. Before using Zuuvi, we spent a lot of time on manual design processes or had to rely heavily on external resources. In theory, it should be a huge time-saver, but bugs and limitations often mean we have to go through each format manually, making adjustments that take much longer than expected. I've also noticed a disconnect between what Zuuvi claims it can do and what our agency believes is possible. I’m not sure who’s right, but it does create some confusion. I use it at least 5 times a week, where I save a lot of time on creating display banner ads, especially on converting to different formats. The workflow is intuitive (though it takes some getting used to when coming from the Adobe-package) and relatively fast. The platform is still young, so there is definitely room for improvement, but the value it provides is fantastic and their support team are kind, quick to respond and to forward bugs and improvement suggestions to the dev team. Some of the best features in Zuuvi are: import SVG files, import custom fonts, animation of elements and adjusting timing of it, edit text on all formats at once, export banners to different formats like HTML5, mp4, iframe code and more. **What do you dislike about Zuuvi?** If you're coming from fx After Effects, the workflow is much slower and less customizable, and you're going to be clicking around a lot more. And as it is still young, it still has some small bugs here and there. I like, that I have full creative control over animations, functions and styling, and that the platform has a structure that is similar to other programmes, that I use in my daily work, which makes it easy for me to navigate. The folder system in Zuuvi Studio is great for organizing campaigns according to products and platforms. The support team is truly awesome. They always respond within minutes and are always very pleasant to communicate with and eager to help. **What do you dislike about Zuuvi?** The strenght of the programme can also be a con. It is a complex programme, and it can take a long time to learn. A fantastic team with 24/7 support. Whenever we've expirienced a problem, we've reached out to Emma and she has helped us right away. Also when we don't have the time to make the banners ourselves, there is a quick turnaround which is much appriciated. **What do you dislike about Zuuvi?** When you're designing in Zuuvi Studio it sometimes can be a bit hard to control your different elements – they tend to jump out of place. Over the years we've been using it there's been elements for improving that we've shared with our contact at Zuuvi, and these have all been implemented. The only thing that I rarely use it for is the creation of mockups and single creatives for stills since the export requires more steps than just creating it in Photoshop. It gives you more extensive control to animate a part through the timeline. The automatic hosting agreement is a huge advantage because of the the unlimit creative possibilities it gives. I also like the easy danish dialog chat with the Zuuvi people, who are very friendly and fast in response when you have a problem. **What do you dislike about Zuuvi?** I wouldn't say I like the building of the timeline and the way you have to make groups of your layers to control your frames. Working with all the layers/groups is inconvenient because you have to "eye off" those you don't want to see, which is killing your workflow. It has earlier been a big problem with exporting your banner where something is coded incorrectly; distorted text layers, too large image files compared to what it said in Studio or copies of the images. The biggest current problem is when he page (Studio) freezes and you lose everything since you last saved the project. **What problems is Zuuvi solving and how is that benefiting you?** Zuuvi solved the big problems with the images that became larger after export and the distorted text problem. That means I could count on the size information of the photos in Studio. Size calculation was essential information because of the limit we had (300 KB per banner). But now when they are hosting our projects, we have no limits which gives us free creativity! ### 29. I would say that that is my primary use for zuuvi. It's also great for doing smaller projects for Instagram and social media. **What do you dislike about Zuuvi?** If one is used to commands and how other programs works, such as the adobe suite, there is a few differences that one might find odd and challenging when starting out. However it's still more efficiant when creating multiple banners. **What problems is Zuuvi solving and how is that benefiting you?** We create around 50 banners in total for each campaign that we have, at least. Creating every format in PS for example do take more time than when using Zuuvi. There for Zuuvie helps us become more efficient. What I mostly find "annoying" is that the design and management modules have some quirky UX flaws.
