**What do you like best about Zoomiya?**

Highly customisable, great integration with other leading softwares,  it's also got some really good analytical tools to help with your dashboard reporting.

**What do you dislike about Zoomiya?**

It's a huge learning curve with so manny functionalities it can be difficult to start off,  also very complex to setup

**What problems is Zoomiya solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were looking at alternatives to leading CRMs and wanted to see what was  in the market. We had a trial with zoomia, though it ticked all the requirements we needed we couldn't justify moving to a new CRM

**What do you like best about Zoomiya?**

Zoomiya has proven to be an invaluable tool in Project Management's line of work. The platform offers security features to ensure that meetings are private and protected from unwanted disruptions and ensures not disclosing or trespassing of project sensitive details.

**What do you dislike about Zoomiya?**

Integration capabilities are still less because a project manager and a program manager are accompanied by multiple tools. It would be great if we have more integrations in this magic wand tool i.e. Zoomiya.

**What problems is Zoomiya solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Customer Relationship Management: Zoomiya supports effective customer relationship management (CRM) by providing a reliable platform for customer interactions. Whether it's conducting regular status meetings or addressing client concerns, Zoomiya helps me maintain strong client relationships by offering a professional and reliable communication channel. Also, secure information sharing is one of the pillars for Zoomiya.
