Dabadu XRM (5.0 stars, 129 reviews): reviewers describe managing leads, appointments, and communications from one dashboard, with round robin distribution and a daily counter showing whether they're ahead or behind on follow-ups.

Upstart Auto Retail (4.8 stars, 34 reviews): one reviewer specifically said the tool lets them work on multiple quotes at the same time, which cuts down on the waiting that used to slow deals down.

CarNow (5.0 stars, 4 reviews): reviewers describe responding to multiple website visitors in real time and catching leads that would otherwise go unattended while staff are busy elsewhere. Small review sample, but the theme is consistent across all four.

CDK (4.0 stars, 116 reviews): reviewers describe pulling sales and service data side by side to generate call lists and manage multiple deals, though the mobile app doesn't show full customer history, which slows down juggling conversations on the go.

Dabadu XRM’s centralized lead + conversation handling feels much closer to a true CRM workflow than something like CDK, where context still lives across modules. Upstart seems strong on deal flow, but less on simultaneous communication load. In real usage, what tends to break first for your team when volume spikes: response speed, lead assignment, or just keeping context straight across conversations?
