**What do you like best about Zoola Analytics?**

Below is some feature I like most while using it.
1. Data Visualization 
2. It has a great feature to filter and search along with easy process import-export of data
3. It provides the real-time access to all visualization options

**What do you dislike about Zoola Analytics?**

Below are 2 points I need to mention.
1. If you want to create a custom report then it takes some time we need to take the help of the support team.
2. And the support team is quite not good.

**What problems is Zoola Analytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Some of the below feature that help in my organization.
1. We are able to schedule the customized report of our organization 
2. It has a great filter to create customized reports.
3. With the use of its visualization features organisation data report is easily created

This is excellent reporting tool if you wish to get some basic reporting need to get in moodle or totara

custom reporting creation takes time and without support from help you can't do that.

You need to create more detail reporting and create some knowledge center for custom reporting.
