During my internship at Zomato, for a brief time i was working on Nextable. Liked the simple ui of the software. I was in touch with restaurants who used to use the software for their dine in bookings. The feedback was overall good about the functionality and the issue it was resolving. It digitised a process for the restaurants which was a headache for them . Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Although the functionality was good but the features were very limited. There were feedbacks from the restaurants about the limited features of the software. There were softwares in the market which used to have better feautures like other softwares had better pos or payment intergrations supporting various payment aggregators but nextable was limited to a few.
