**What do you like best about Zoho Payments?**

What I like most about Zoho Payments is its smooth integration with the Zoho ecosystem and the simple setup process. It makes collecting payments easy and professional, especially for online services and digital products. The dashboard is clear, and tracking transactions is straightforward. It saves time and keeps everything organized in one place.

**What do you dislike about Zoho Payments?**

One issue I’ve noticed is that after a client completes the payment, the confirmation page sometimes takes a longer time to load. Because of this delay, clients occasionally contact me to confirm whether the payment was successfully received. It would be helpful if the payment confirmation process could be faster and more clearly communicated to avoid confusion.

**What problems is Zoho Payments solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zoho Payments helps me collect payments from clients in a structured and professional way without relying on multiple tools. It simplifies the entire payment process by integrating directly with invoices and other Zoho applications. This reduces manual follow-ups, improves tracking, and makes reconciliation easier. As a result, I can focus more on growing my business rather than managing payment operations.
