Transitioning in b2b role for b2c role was a nightmare at the beginning, instead of relying on cold calling my job now required to generate leads, sort them out and Target prospects depending where the ground team is in use. It was tough to get a hang of it at the beginning but Zoho's interface really helped me in running campaign reaching out to prospects, focusing on clients who showed even a slight interest, best part was that I could automate many tasks such as posts, at what time the email would be send as it makes the difference where your email is landed when prospects open their inbox. Few additional features that I Loved was it's collaborative nature, seamless integration with other crms we use, can run multiple campaigns and to create a report.
