The best part that I like the most about the Zoho marketing automation tool is that it is very easy to use and user-friendly. If you are using other Zoho products like Zoho CRM or Zoho Campaigns, it is super easy to integrate them both. Also, their customer support team is very friendly and helpful. It helps us in streamlinng our marketing efforts by automatic lead generation, doing followups which in turns helps in improving our conversion rates. You can implement email automations to send out emails based on various events performed on your platforms. It also gives an overview of users coming on the platform from all around the globe. Zoho Marketing Automation integrates extremely well with the whole Zoho suite which we use. It has a very useful visual drag-and-drop interface for building out automation flows (journeys) with a number of configurable actions and triggers. You can trigger actions based on actions on a contact in Zoho CRM, from a webhook, a custom set of tags, set time delays for messaging, add customers to list based on actions and many more variables. Customers can be assigned to move to another journey, or they can exit the journey once they have completed the journey. The learning curve for Zoho Marketing Automation is a little higher than other tools, but once you get the hang of it, it is extremely powerful. What problems is Zoho Marketing Automation solving and how is that benefiting you? We are actively marketing to customers who have purchased a certain product from us. When the customer is moved to a certain status within Zoho CRM, that triggers them to enter a list. The entrance to a list starts the customer in the marketing automation journey. This means we are able to better retain customers to come back to purchase other products from us after their initial purchase. For example, we have emails in the journey that say something like "congratulations on the purchase of your X product, you will find that you also need YY product to help you get the best out of your X product.
