It has helped me streamline vendor reporting, MIS reporting, taxation and compliances, management information, budgeting reporting etc. The Zoho Analytics professional services team is also excellent and do a great job of creating custom reports. The user interface can be slightly worked upon, and is not the best. **What do you dislike about Zoho Analytics?** - The user interface is not top-notch. - It uses SQL for coding the backend data.
