**What do you like best about ZITADEL?**

That’s a very well-balanced system you might want to consider as your IAM/IdP/CIAM solution. It can be deployed as SaaS or on-premise and is fully manageable depending on your requirements. We use both options, and that was one of the key factors in our decision-making process. The SaaS version is super easy to get started with — you can have it up and running in minutes. For on-prem deployments, Helm charts are available, so in about half an hour, you’re good to go as well.

**What do you dislike about ZITADEL?**

You’ll never have a silver bullet for all needs. E.g. you shouldn’t expect fully automated, one-click upgrades here. However, the overall process is quite manageable. From time to time, we also face gaps in documentation coverage — features evolve, methods change slightly, but the docs aren’t always updated accordingly. In such cases, support usually helps a lot.
