What I like best about ZipRecruiter is its ease of use and simple implementation, which makes it quick to get started without much training. What I find frustrating about ZipRecruiter is that although it brings in a lot of applicants, many of them aren’t necessarily qualified for the job. This can make the initial screening a bit of a hassle and take a lot of time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Ziprecruiter has a wide range of job search with a single job post it automatically displays in 100+ job boards which brings the suitable candidates displayed at the top which saves me time. ziprecruiter has a large database with a lot of resumes in the portal, i also get faster responses from the candidates i reach less i do less manual sorucing in the ziprecruiter, with the help of filter i do not get any irrevelant profiles, it is easy to adopt for new users with its simple dashboard. it is also easy to access through mobile which is helpful. sometimes AI provide candidates who are not suitable for the job description they will be completly from a different domain, single candidates apply in different job boards leading to duplicate profiles, manual screening is required as it doesn't always provide the right match, for job roles like java, python, servicenow, salesforece we get too many profiles which is hard to source, not the best one for niche roles. The landscape for job searching companies has changed dramatically over the past 15 years, and even in the past 5 years. I have narrowed it down to strictly two companies that use for job searching, because the rest of them are simply garbage and that is being nice. ZipRecruiter is one of those companies and have had solid success using their app and website to get offers. ZR is assertive, but not annoyingly intrusive in how they communicate opportunities that fit your profile. I like how they feed me real jobs and keep me in the loop. They have a unique look and easy to use interface, with settings that allow you to control important aspects. If you are not using this app and you are looking for a job, try it, it is worth it! The good change is that it has incorporated AI capability for the ease of candidate search &/or job search. I have been trying to use this platform as both employer &/or job seeker. The latest UI is more intuitive & 'Quick Apply' button is helpful. It allows to add pre-screening questions for vetting out candidate profiles in initial stage by the AI which is helpful as this is great in reducing the turnaround time for hiring process. The AI capability needs fine-tuning as it seems to produce same results for candidate profiles & repetition of profiles &/or jobs. The Recommended Jobs notification that it sends out also seems to be repetitive without much relevant options to consider & most of it seems like spam.
