When asking for new features or tweaks to how certain features function, the turn-around time to implementation in production is light speed. Really impressed with this level of customer support. **What do you dislike about Zing Data - Collaborative Business Intelligence?** Zing Data is still a developing tool. It's able to accomplish almost everything we've thrown at it so far, but the platform is not fully matured. For our needs, Zing Data is a fit and we will continue leveraging it. But, it will be exciting to see what new developments will come in the future. **What problems is Zing Data - Collaborative Business Intelligence solving and how is that benefiting you?** Simplicity, flexibility and intelligence in report generation and dashboarding.
