**What do you like best about Zimcom?**

I like that Zimcom customizes to what your needs are. They work with VEEM and 74% of the fortune 500 companies use VEEM. If large companies puts this much trust into their security you can too. They also use Crowd Strike Falcon for their endpoint security. Zimcom has customization mission critical applications. While most companies have a 4 hour SLA. Zimcom only has 15 minutes SLA. Their pricing for back up is much cheaper also. You can chose the right plan for what your needs are and not break the back. Zimcom has security that protects the external and the internal threats, and they also keep records of security over rides. So many good things-its a no brainier not to go with Zimcom. Asa knows his stuff!!

**What do you dislike about Zimcom?**

There is nothing bad that I can say about Zimcom. 

**Recommendations to others considering Zimcom:**

If you are looking for a professional company that will not break the back for back up but is super reliable then look no further. 

**What problems is Zimcom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

No problems. Asa Hensley does a wonderful job at describing the services that Zimcom provides. Any kind of security problem, any kind of security threat, or any kind of  network / cloud problem you or your company is faced with Zimcom can help. They have white glove service and it shows. From the moment you first meet all the way through installation and while any kind of unplanned disaster you may have- you will sleep easy knowing that you have true professionals will have your business back up and running in no time.

Zimcom was an invaluable resource for helping us to migrate just over 20TB of data to their IaaS solution as well as setting up VEEAM to protect it all.

**What do you like best about Zimcom?**

I appreciated Zimcom and Asa's willingness to jump in and help with every aspect of the process and always made us feel like a valuable partner during the whole process. While Zimcom is located in a different part of the city they perform and act like they are working directly in your office for your company. It's hard to put a price on that. 



**What do you dislike about Zimcom?**

Nothing, who dislikes great services and support?

**What problems is Zimcom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zimcom helped us develop and implement a HA solution for our customer and then helped us to ensure the data was backed up and ready to go incase of an emergency. Everyone sleeps better at night knowing that VEEAM and Zimcom are in charge of and supporting our disaster recovery program.
