Zigpoll allows one to create and manage surveys easily. We can create multiple types of surveys. The surveys are user-friendly and convenient. The UIs are very simple and elegant as well.

We can view the survey responses, and visualize the data, and the platform provides a very helpful sentiment analysis. It also generates charts and helps to analyze the data easily that is being gathered.

Zigpoll has been a great platform for our team as well as customers which we used to create great interactive quiz polls. These interactive quiz polls were framed by me with the help of charts that were used by us to gather and brainstorm new ideas from our team members as well as accept feedback from our customers. Zigpoll has a steep learning curve for the beginners which demotivates them and forced some of our team members to quit implement it and made me create the surveys with this platform. The pricing of the platform is slightly in the higher side and I had to be a subscriber of the platform to use its advanced features. The customization features can be increased as well. 1. The user interface of the platform, ZIgpoll was slightly complex for me to understand at the beginning due to the weird graphics on its webpage.

2. The free version of Zigpoll does not provide us with all the features that we require for full experience of the platform, before opting for subscription model.
