What do you like best about Zigpoll?

Zigpoll has been a great platform for our team as well as customers which we used to create great interactive quiz polls. These interactive quiz polls were framed by me with the help of charts that were used by us to gather and brainstorm new ideas from our team members as well as accept feedback from our customers. What do you dislike about Zigpoll?

Zigpoll has a steep learning curve for the beginners which demotivates them and forced some of our team members to quit implement it and made me create the surveys with this platform. The pricing of the platform is slightly in the higher side and I had to be a subscriber of the platform to use its advanced features. The customization features can be increased as well. What problems is Zigpoll solving and how is that benefiting you?

Zigpoll is a great software for us to create surveys which I used to engage my team and customers to gather new suggestions and feedback. I have created multiple questionnaires with various formats dor the same and the response time for these has been really great in Zigpoll. Zigpoll has multiple charts and customization options for me and my team which were really great to use. It has an automatic analysis which creates open-ended response trends which helped us greatly. 1. The user interface of the platform, ZIgpoll was slightly complex for me to understand at the beginning due to the weird graphics on its webpage.

2. The free version of Zigpoll does not provide us with all the features that we require for full experience of the platform, before opting for subscription model.

The analytics that is present on the dashboard is quite commendable and accurate you can ever get from any other survey and feedback software. What problems is Zigpoll solving and how is that benefiting you?

Previously, we faced a lot of issues while conducting a survey on the pool of out customers which is more than 2200 as of now and that too in B2B is another hurdle to accomplish. However, Zigpoll has helped us in making this dream come true. Now, i dont need a team of 5 people to do it however we work on different strategic things to succeed in our projects rather than investing tonnes of amounts of time in doing the survey through email manuallly. The dashboard is pretty simple to underdstand and it gives you a more clarity on how satisfied and unsatisfied are yoru customers. I believe thats the biggest reason of making one a successful company. And accordingly we make decisions to grow further in the market against our competitors. You can literally fetch reports from it which one can show to the higher management rather than showing excel sheets. Zigpoll is a simple and inexpensive way of getting responses from email subscribers.

With the help of Zigpoll, our readers can express their opinions on crucial topics and learn what other peoples thoughts are in real time.

I liked that I could design the polls in order to ask questions that that needed to be answered rather than being forced to utilize pre-written questions.

The free version supports a lot less requests than the paid version. The gap is way too big.
