**What do you like best about Zigpoll?**

There’s a question that comes up all the time in marketing, and most of the time we don’t answer it as well as we think: why did this customer actually buy? We can look at campaigns, UTMs, ads, clicks, and conversions, but the real reason is often something that never shows up clearly in a dashboard. Zigpoll helps me fill that gap because I can ask customers at the right moment, especially right after a purchase, while they still remember what convinced them. What I like is that launching a post-purchase survey doesn’t turn into a technical project. Adding a question to the Thank You Page, setting up answer options, using conditional logic, and matching the design to the brand is pretty quick. We don’t have to wait on a long implementation or ask development to build a custom form for every campaign. Being able to use on-site surveys, NPS, exit-intent, email, and SMS also makes a difference because not every question belongs in the same part of the customer journey.

**What do you dislike about Zigpoll?**

If I had to ask for one improvement, it would be deeper, more advanced analysis that scales better for larger teams. The AI insights are helpful for spotting patterns, but when we try to connect feedback to more complex internal metrics, we still sometimes end up exporting the data or stitching it together with other tools. I don’t see that as a deal-breaker; it’s simply the kind of limitation you start to notice once feedback becomes part of a broader strategy, rather than something you only check from time to time.

**What problems is Zigpoll solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A campaign we were running was bringing in sales, but nobody could agree on what message was actually pushing people to buy. Paid media thought the performance was coming from the ads, content believed a guide we had published was doing most of the work, and sales kept saying customer recommendations were carrying more weight than we were measuring. Instead of arguing from three different dashboards, we added a post-purchase survey in Zigpoll asking what influenced the purchase the most. Within a few days, a pattern showed up that we weren’t expecting to be that strong. A lot of customers mentioned comparisons and recommendations they had seen before even reaching the site. That changed the way we looked at the campaign. We reinforced testimonials, adjusted the product page messaging, and wrote emails focused more on trust than discounts. It wasn’t a huge implementation or some long strategy session. It was just the right question placed at the right moment, and it ended up changing the direction of a campaign that was already live.

**What do you like best about Zigpoll?**

Collecting feedback and understanding responses feels much more organized with Zigpoll. It brings survey creation, response tracking, and reporting together in one place, which makes daily work easier to manage. I work as a Dietician & Nutritionist, manage a homeopathy clinic, and also create health education content for social media. Zigpoll helps me collect patient and audience feedback in a more structured way. Earlier, feedback was spread across messages and notes, but now it is easier to keep everything organized and review responses when needed. The platform is easy to use and did not require a complicated setup.

I like the flexibility in survey creation and the different question formats available. Response tracking, participation data, reporting, and insights help me understand feedback without spending extra time reviewing everything manually. For my health education content, it is useful for learning which topics people find most helpful and what areas may need more explanation.

Performance has been smooth for daily use. Creating surveys, collecting responses, and reviewing results feels straightforward. The number of features feels practical without being overwhelming. It includes survey creation, response management, reporting, audience insights, and feedback tracking tools that support my clinic and content-related work. I also like that survey responses and feedback remain organized in one place, which makes it easier to review information later. This helps reduce manual tracking and keeps feedback collection more structured. Overall, Zigpoll helps me gather feedback more efficiently and make better decisions based on real responses.

Reporting section is useful , but when working with larger response volumes, I would like a few more filtering and segmentation options to analyze responses in greater detail.

Earlier, feedback was often spread across messages, comments, and notes, which made it difficult to review everything properly. Now I can collect responses in one place and keep feedback more structured. I can gather opinions, suggestions, and feedback through surveys instead of relying on scattered conversations or manual follow-ups.

I love this platform for its highly interactive AI assistant that has ability to brainstorm and create forms or slides with so much ease. It also have great integration capabilities as it can integrate with major and common platforms like Zapier, Google Analytics, Slacks, Jira, Zendesk, Shopify etc. This wide range of integration capabilities makes this platform more robust. The platform can also easily import survey. One of the key features that determines the power of the survey platform is its distribution capabilities, Frankly this platform supports wide range of distribution capabilities like links, API, Embed code, Email Campaign etc. Its capability to do synthetic research is worth mentioning. Other than Responses can also be sorted out in this platform. The charts and reports generated by this platform enable organization and teams to be informed which allows better decision making capacity. The automation capability of this platform enhances the productivity to the teams and individuals. The onboarding of this platform was really easy and have a user friendly interface. The pricing of this platform is also moderate considering its features.

I love most part of this platform but sometimes I experience some performance and speed instability in this platform. Improving this would have a better user experience for individual working on this platform. Though this platform supports various integration capabilities, users need to check the budget does not go overhead. Getting help from experience users will ensure faster efficiency to new users. Moreover this will enable user to explore the full potential of this platform.

**What do you like best about Zigpoll?**

What I like about this Zigpoll platform is it is very much easier to collect customer feedback throughout the customer's buying journey, also with the post-purchase scenarios, on-site, exit intent, email and other SMS surveys. They are survey builder is also very intuitive and highly customizable, and we don't need any coding or technical expertise to be involved in the creation of these tools. I also like how the survey responses are collected and connected to customers and ordered data, making it very much easier to analyse buying behaviour and marketing attribution. There AI powered insights on multilingual supports along with conditional logic and integration with marketing tools, make it valuable for optimising customer experience and conversion rate as well, which makes this platform very effective in our day-to-day use. Their UI is also clean and intuitive.

**What do you dislike about Zigpoll?**

While this platform is very capable, some of its advanced targeting, analytics, and automation features take time to learn as it is bit complicated at the initial stages. Also, businesses with complex survey strategies may need to spend more time on configuring this survey logic and other customer segments. Their AI-generated insights are very useful for quick summaries but I still prefer reviewing the raw response before even using it for any business decisions, as that output needs to be made consistent and error-free. Their 3rd party integration should be worked on further, and widening it so that we can have multiple 3rd party ecosystems integrated with this specific platform.

**What problems is Zigpoll solving and how is that benefiting you?**

What I like best about this platform is in understanding why customers purchase and where they discover are brand to what influences their buying decisions, and where improvements can be made. Instead of relying on analytics, we collect valuable zero-party data directly from our customers through well-timed surveys, which makes this platform very useful and effective for our day to day task. Because of this platform or marketing process has been improved along with the attribution and product feedback collection to customer segmentation, or the overall narrative can also be optimised with these data as these surveys are connected directly to our customer profile, which is making r market research work very easily.

**What do you like best about Zigpoll?**

I use Zigpoll as our primary tool for collecting customer feedback, product insights, and internal team feedback across our process mining platform ecosystem. I appreciate its unobtrusive, in-app micro-survey format, which fits naturally into the user journey and leads to far higher completion rates than long-form email surveys with our busy enterprise customers. My favorite aspect of Zigpoll is how it balances simplicity, engagement, and compliance perfectly for our fast-paced, customer-centric environment. I find the unobtrusive, in-app survey widgets less intrusive to users, which leads to significantly higher response rates and more honest feedback compared to traditional pop-up surveys. Additionally, I found the initial setup of Zigpoll relatively simple and convenient.

Limited complex survey support: It’s ideal for short polls and micro-surveys, but lacks the advanced branching and skip logic we need for long, multi-page enterprise satisfaction surveys.
