"Empowers Teams with No-Code Setup"

What do you like best about Zigpoll?

The no-code setup is perfect. As IT person, I can empower Program Managers and Faculty to create their own contextual feedback loops without needing to write code or submit a ticket every time. This speed is essential for agile program iteration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zigpoll?

While the basic targeting is good, I'd like deeper, out-of-the-box integrations with non-e-commerce platforms common in the social sector (like specific CRM/LMS tools we use for student management). Relying less on custom JavaScript for complex internal targeting (e.g., targeting only faculty who haven't completed their mandatory IT training yet) would be a great time saver. Zigpoll’s core value is its ability to capture real-time, contextual feedback on digital touchpoints. For example:

IT/Tools: Deploying a micro-survey asking "How helpful was this resource portal for finding your course materials?" immediately after a student visits our knowledge base.
