**What do you like best about ZenGRC Pro?**

Immediately after finalizing our purchase we had an urgent need come up and the RiskOptics team were able to get us operational on that need within a week. Whereas other tools can take months to get real value out of them, we were getting real work done in days. The team have been very accommodating and very helpful and its refreshing to work with a team that is transparent and really wants to help customer success. It's been a great experience.

There is nothing that I can qualify as a dislike.

**What problems is ZenGRC Pro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The platform is helping us centralize our GRC responsibilities

**What do you like best about ZenGRC Pro?**

Great tool for managing multiple GRC initiatives. Supports commonly used risk management frameworks, including a NIST/HIPAA crosswalk.

**What do you dislike about ZenGRC Pro?**

HITRUST is not an out-of-the-box framework but can be set up and supported within the platform.

**What problems is ZenGRC Pro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The platform provides the necessary components and functionality (i.e., easy-to-use dashboards to manage tasks, issues, etc.) to manage complex compliance initiatives successfully.
